Cameras on the Run!!

Yesterday I did what I said I was going to do....sorta. I only managed to photo 3 of my cams because I was having some lighting issues. I don't have a light tent, so, I tried to take the pictures on my comp chair with some white fabric thrown over it. As you'll see it worked pretty good but it could use a lot of improvements with lighting. Sooo here are a couple of my cameras!

Here is my new Zenit 122 that I was ranting about saturday.

Isn't it a work of art?!? the one thing I didn't mention the other day was that it's a 58mm fixed lens. I have to say that is the most random size ever.

OK here is my wife's adopted camera. We got it at Unique in Falls Church, the biggest thrift shop you can go to out here.

The Chinon Genesis, a japanese made ZLR (zoom lens reflex). It essentially works the same way as an SLR except you can't change lenses. It's a pretty unique camera (hehehe) and I hope Julie will get some good pictures with it......I'm not allowed to use it :(

Speaking of thrift store cameras i got this next one at the Salvation Army in Manassass. It's another Japanese camera.

I think this is one of my fav. cameras for the way the shutter sounds. It's a very simple sounding shutter. When I had purchased it the grip was pealing off so I decided to get artistic with it and made it ZEBRA PRINT!!!! at the same time I also made a leopard print camera and a hybrid zebra/leopard camera. Those pictures to comes once I get the light problem worked out. Well.....Let me know what you think
